New Season - Pre-Order now to avoid disappointment! Pre-Order items have the estimated arrival dates on the product items and can be secured by a 25% (non returnable) deposit or by full payment. Orders can be made online, store or by phone. As soon as items arrives we will send them out when balance is paid in full.
If for any reason items are not produced and cancelled we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Deposit Payments – Deposit Option is 25% and the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days when items arrive in store. If payment has not been received you will receive a final reminder via email and if still not paid within another 3 days the items will go back into stock and the deposit will be lost.
Payment Plan Option is also available - Pay 25% deposit of your total order and make payments upto 8-10 week from date of order.
Summer Season all items need to be collected by end of May. Winter Season all items need to be collected by end of November

Pre-Orders can be cancelled before goods arrive for store-credit only. Buyer will be contacted as soon as they arrive. We hope that you will be happy with your purchase.
If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style you will be refunded your deposit or if they do not ship that style to us for whatever reason, you will also be refunded your deposit.
We are not responsible for Pre-Orders/Reserved Items that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. We consider the expected delivery date up through 30 days later than expected to still be "Acceptable & On Schedule".
Our Delivery time scales are January-April (summer) & July-October (winter) we can not guarantee items from suppliers will be in stock on a certain date, we can try to ask the supplier for a date but this is also not guaranteed, Any order that fall within the timescales above will not be refunded but to the customer no longer wanting you have 14days to cancel anything after this date deposits will be lost.
