Macies KIDZ payment plan enables you to pay a 25% deposit on New Season items you wish to secure, items can be paid over 8-10 weeks from date of order, the remaining balance is due before your items are shipped to you.

Because the items you order are secured especially for you and will no longer be available for others to purchase, cancelled orders deposit will not be refunded. We will always do our best to exchange sizes for you when the size you ordered is not suitable, if your size is unavailable, we will exchange (only at current selling price) your order for other same season merchandise without any cancellation fees.
Payment Plan items are non refundable, no refunds will be given. any unpaid plans will result in any monies paid being lost and items being put back in to stock,
Our Delivery time scales are January-April (summer) & July-October (winter) we can not guarantee items from suppliers will be in stock on a certain date, we can try to ask the supplier for a date but this is also not guaranteed, Any order that fall within the timescales above will not be refunded, but if the customer is no longer wanting you have 14days to cancel anything after this date deposits will be lost.
If you wish to change your item you have 14days from the date of start of your plan to amend, any items changed thereafter deposits will be retained as a restock charge.
Extra items can be added to your plan anytime with a 25% deposit, shipping prices will be adjusted accordingly.
Prices quoted at the time of your order is the full price you will pay. Promotions or Sale items are not included in this plan, items will not be reduced when promotions are on.
If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style you will be refunded your deposit or if they do not ship that style to us for whatever reason, you will also be refunded your deposit. or you can pick an alternative.
We are not responsible for Pre-Orders/Reserved Items that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. We consider the expected delivery date up through 30 days later than expected to still be "Acceptable & On Schedule".
- Summer Season - All items to be collected by end of May.
- Winter Season - All items to be collected by end of November.
By using our payment plan on website or in store you have agreed to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which shall take effect immediately.
